Open main file - hide everything except whats necessary to render guild hall
Import table file (with chairs and lamps)
Used auto rename to remove clashes - these would not have occurred if everything had been name appropriately before hand
Scale and position inside guild hall (this example very large amount of scaling required (table and chairs far to small)
Add lights to scene
Glass effect (autodesk glass) does not work correctly in guild hall scene - went back the original scene to investigate. Discovered autodesk glass relays on scale factor - larger the object less glass effect works - not not re- calculate when required (or haven't discovered how to make material recalculate)
Converted to arch+design glass material as no problems occurred with scaling
Achieved desired results in render test
